To be eligible to show your author image in Google search results you must have an Google+ account, because you need to connect your G+ account with your Blogger account. This operation is needed because the profile picture from your G+ account will be shown in Google search results. There are two methods to do this...so let`s see which is more simple and suitable for you.
Method #1 : Verifying The Domain Email
Verifying the Google authorship with domain web email is the most easiest way. Here you will need to have an
email address created in your domain hosting panel or control panel. If
you've bought the hosting of your domain then you can easily create that
email or you might have already created. It will look like yourname@yourdomain.com
- Sign in to your Google+ account.
- Go to Google authorship markup.
- There in the right side, you will see an input box for domain email address. Simply fill the email address created in your domain yourname@yourdomain.com
- Click on "Sign Up For Authorship" buttom.
- You will receive a confirmation link in your email. You will need to confirm you email adress.
- After confirming your email adress, a message will appear that you've verified the email address.
Method #2 : Manually Verify Google Authorship With rel='author'
This method is for those bloggers that don`t have a paid domain for their blogs.
Step#1 : Add Google+ Badge Widget In Your Blog
Firstly you must add the Google+ badges or widgets
in your blog. This will help you to link your blog with Google+ profile.
Step#2 : Using rel='author' Attribute In About Us Page
- Go to pages in Blogger and edit the About Us page.
- Enter into the HTML Tab and add the following link code anywhere you want to add.

- Replace Google+ ID with the ID of your Google+ profile.
- Replace Your Name With Your Name.
- Now Save and Publish the About Us page.

In this last step you must insert your blog link in your G+ profile. And this will prove to Google that you're the actual owner of blog.
- Login to your G+ account.
